Our client is seeking an Administrative Officer for a Hybrid work setting. Visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate, including options for immigration support.

Job Details

• Location: North York, ON
• Salary: $29.00 to $35.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Vacancies: 1

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
• Delegate work to office support staff
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
• Train staff
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
• Monitor and evaluate
• Oversee payroll administration
• Plan and control budget and expenditures

Qualifications

• Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
• Languages: English (Mandarin as an asset)
• Computer Skills: QuickBooks, Accounting software, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Project management software, Google Drive
