Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate new administrative procedures
• Delegate work to office support staff
• Establish work priorities; ensure deadlines are met
• Oversee administrative activities
• Administer policies related to records release
• Co-ordinate office services
• Assist in budget preparation and control
• Prepare reports and correspondence
• Perform data entry and train staff
• Resolve conflict situations
• Oversee payroll administration
