Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant who is willing to work onsite in Mississauga, ON. This role is open to candidates, including those with or without a valid Canadian work permit. Visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate.

Job Details

• Location: 1320 Mid-Way Blvd, Mississauga, ON, L5T 2K4
• Salary: $25.00 hourly, for 30 to 35 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Languages: English
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Responsibilities

• Determine and establish office procedures and routines
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Answer electronic enquiries
• Compile data, statistics, and other information
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
