Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant who is proactive and organized. This role is suitable for Canadian citizens, permanent or temporary residents of Canada, and other candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit. • Salary: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time

Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
• Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures.
• Coordinate HR department activities to meet organizational goals.
• Plan and organize daily operations.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures.
• Record and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
• Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to convey marketing messages.
• Assist passengers as required.

Experience and Qualifications

• Education: College/CEGEP preferred.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Languages: English
