Job Overview

Our client is seeking an Accounting Records Manager to join their team in East York, ON. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient administrative services and support for newcomers and refugees. Visa sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: East York, ON
• Work Location: On-site
• Salary: $45.20 hourly (30 to 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate administrative services
• Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services
• Collect and record administrative and service fees
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
• Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management and other administrative services
• Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures
• Prepare reports and briefs for management committees
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise office and volunteer staff

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role
• Computer Knowledge: QuickBooks, ERP software
