• Salary: $31.00 per hour (35 to 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
• Calculate fixed assets and depreciation.
• Maintain financial records and balance various accounts using bookkeeping systems.
• Post journal entries and maintain general ledgers.
• Prepare financial reports and tax returns.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare trial balances.

Qualifications

• Languages: English
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: Experience an asset

Technical Skills

• Accounting software
• Database software
• MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word
• Quick Books
