Job Summary

Our client is seeking an Accommodation Services Manager. Applications are welcome from Canadian citizens, permanent or temporary residents, and other candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit. Visa sponsorship may be considered for qualified international applicants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
• Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
• Perform front desk duties
• Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities
• Enforce policies and procedures
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Establish work schedules

Qualifications

Education

• College/CEGEP

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years experience required.

Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Proficiency in MS Office

Work Environment
