Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare teams across various specialties, including Med-Surg, ICU, Behavioral Health (BH), and Emergency Room (ER). Eligibility Criteria

To be considered you’ll need:

• Successfully passed the NCLEX Exam
• A registered nurse (RN) License in the US or Canada
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required

Schedule and Compensation

Schedule: Days and Night shifts available, full time hours – 36 hours a week, rotating weekends. Shifts: 12 hour shift options available.

Compensation:

• Base Pay Range: USD $32.62 – $45.82 / hr based on work experience
• Pay Differentials by shift: Shift differentials offered

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients across various units, including Med-Surg, ICU, Behavioral Health (BH), and Emergency Room (ER). Responsibilities include:

• Performing patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, and providing patient education
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of patients and demonstrating strong critical thinking and effective communication
• Coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to implement and modify care plans based on patient needs
• Overseeing the delegation and supervision of nursing tasks according to established protocols
• Maintaining high-quality care throughout the patient’s experience in the facility

• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and procedures safely, monitoring patients for potential reactions
• Demonstrate knowledge of patient development and age-specific care needs, providing tailored care
• Apply critical thinking to make sound decisions regarding patient care and timely interventions
• Provide competent and compassionate care for patients with various medical conditions
• Continuously evaluate patient progress, consult with specialists as needed, and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes
