Our client is seeking a Food Service Counter Attendant for a permanent, full-time position. This role involves various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, and is open to candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: 295 Sakitawaw Trail, Fort McMurray, AB, T9H 5E7
• Salary: $15.40 per hour / 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Responsibilities

• Keep records of the quantities of food used
• Package take-out food
• Portion and wrap foods
• Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
• Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars
• Take customers’ orders
• Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

• Fast-paced environment
• Repetitive tasks
• Standing for extended periods

Qualifications

• Languages: English
• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
