Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Secondary School Teacher’s Assistant. This role may provide visa sponsorship for international applicants, including candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: 7895 Tranmere Drive, Suite Unit 8, Mississauga, ON, L5S 1V9
• Salary: $31.00 to $36.25 per hour (to be negotiated), 30 to 35 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Workplace: On-site

Responsibilities

• Accompany students during school and extracurricular activities
• Help students individually or in small groups with assignments and reinforce learning and retention concepts under the supervision of the classroom teacher
• Supervise students during school and extracurricular activities
• Monitor students during recess and lunch hour
• Monitor and report student progress to the classroom teacher

Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: Experience an asset
• Languages: English
