Your Typical Day

As a part of the Global Employer Services (GES) practice, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Advising clients on Canadian and foreign personal income tax compliance and cross-border payroll.
• Providing value-added tax advisory services, especially in the context of changing global tax landscapes.
• Streamlining processes for efficiency, compliance, and business success.
• Serving a variety of industries, including financial services, aerospace, engineering, and mining.

About Our Team

Our GES specialists across Canada are committed to ensuring tax planning and compliance are met while delivering a broad range of tax planning services tailored to the unique needs of each economic and cultural environment.

You Are Someone With:

• A completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials; a master’s degree in Tax or an accounting designation is preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience in global mobility tax matters and cross-border tax advisory services.
• A strong commitment to professional client service excellence and effective teamwork.
• Interest in mentoring and coaching junior team members.
• Proven analytical skills and systematic problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility for occasional Canadian travel and overtime during peak periods.
• Bilingualism in French and English due to client interactions.

Total Rewards
