This rewarding role involves assessing, treating, educating, and collaborating with clients to help them achieve their goals. You’ll independently manage your caseload, conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide clinical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coordination of physiotherapy and allied health clinical services.
• Supervise students and team members as assigned.
• Make clinical decisions regarding patient/family needs related to assessment, intervention, discharge, and follow-up.
• Advise team members on complex clinical cases and ensure safe, effective client care.
• Ensure physiotherapy practice aligns with evidence-based standards, legislation, and professional ethics.
• Monitor care delivery, identify service needs, and assist staff with caseload management.
• Participate in program development and represent the department on relevant committees.

• Maximum Salary: $54.61

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university program or bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy with relevant experience.
• Active or eligible registration and practice permit with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in leading program development initiatives.
• Coaching/mentoring experience with Therapy Assistants, Nursing, and other Allied Health disciplines.
