Job Details

• Location: 11065 Hwy 50, Kleinburg, ON L0J 1C0
• Salary: $34.10 to $34.50 per hour (to be negotiated)
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Workplace Information: On site
• Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Organize tasks to accomplish work.
• Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization.
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Maintain work records and logs.
• Prepare and maintain progress and other reports.
• Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders.
• Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
• Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.
• Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
• Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
• Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Languages: English.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure.
