Our client is looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to join their team. This position is eligible for immigration support to help international candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

• Location: 200, 4034 Ryders Ridge Blvd, Sylvan Lake, AB, T4S 0G3
• Workplace Information: On site
• Salary: $20.10 hourly, 30 to 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
• Special Commitments: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Early Morning, Morning

Qualifications

• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Manage cash
• Conduct performance reviews
• Supervise office and volunteer staff
