About This Team

The Digital Product Management team is integral to the Global Digital, OMNI & Guest Support Team. This team creates a uniquely differentiated online guest experience, focusing on wholesale and alternative channels, through scalable digital platforms that support global franchise, wholesale, and partner operations.

A Day in the Life: What You’ll Do

• Understand how your specific product aligns with overall business strategy and identify guest/business problems that need solutions.
• Create and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new features for mid-scale and mid-complexity products.
• Document high-level requirements, acceptance criteria, and KPIs to advance the product strategy.
• Attend, participate, and lead agile ceremonies, demonstrating completed features to stakeholders.
• Make data-informed decisions based on organizational priorities, customer feedback, and industry trends.
• Measure and report success of features and enhancements for global wholesale and alternative channel capabilities.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to balance customer and business value with level of effort.
• Define feature sizes and participate in sizing sessions.
• Integrate continuous feedback from stakeholders and guests into the product planning and development process.
• Work with business stakeholders and product managers to understand requirements and incorporate them into solution design.
• Partner with the technology team for training and rollout of new features to users.
• Lead change management activities for rollout to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams across Planning, Supply Chain, and Technology for globally scalable solutions.
• Drive core capabilities including catalog management, order integration, partner onboarding, and order tracking.
• Support the transition from manual tools to automated platform experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital product management experience, preferably in guest-facing or customer service applications.
• Minimum BA/BS degree; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with digital technologies, e-commerce, payments, and mobile applications.
• Experience building or scaling B2B commerce platforms or wholesale tools preferred.
• Experience working on international products within an Agile Scrum team is ideal.
• Strong consulting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong desire to learn and improve through feedback.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding diverse product teams.

Compensation and Benefits Package

Our client’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy. The typical hiring range for this position is from $123,500-$162,100 CAD annually, based on market location and individual qualifications.
