Job Overview

Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager for a restaurant. This is a permanent, full-time position located on-site.

Salary: $36.60 per hour, 40 hours per week.

Visa sponsorship is available for international applicants, including those with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Education and Experience

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
• Languages: English

Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily operations.
• Plan and organize daily operations.
• Set staff work schedules.
• Train staff.
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
• Provide customer service.
