Customer Service and Sales – Insurance Agent Team Member

Responsibilities:

• Auto and Property Service and Sales.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service which can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim guidance, and billing clarifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license with lots of support – just the beginning of a successful career (note: having a good personal credit score is necessary for government insurance licensing sponsorship).
• Sales Experience will be a valued asset, but an energetic, enthusiastic Team Player can be trained.
• Able to multi-task effectively / Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Comfortable on the phone with a warm and pleasant telephone manner.
• Friendly, positive, optimistic, and upbeat attitude / Confident, approachable, and outgoing.
• Excellent communication skills, good conversationalist.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to learn computer functions / Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Salary Range: $40,000 – $60,000/Year depending on experience including Salary & Bonus and other incentives. This is an in-office position, not remote.
