Responsibilities

• Compile orders and instructions received from customers.
• Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks.
• Organize tasks to accomplish work objectives.
• Oversee operational logistics of the organization.
• Plan and organize logistics effectively.
• Track and complete work orders, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate activities with different work units or departments.
• Compile worksheets and specifications of orders.
• Prepare and maintain progress and other reports.
• Engage in project management tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Arrange training for staff to enhance skills.
• Coordinate, assign, and review work outcomes.
• Communicate with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations.
• Dispatch personnel as required during emergencies.
• Follow up on issues with work orders.
• Keep track of shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Possess knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations.
• Be familiar with highway trucking rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 2 to 3 years in a relevant field
• Languages: English
• Work Location: On-site only
