Key Responsibilities

• Understand product alignment with overall business strategy and define guest/business problems to solve.
• Create and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new features.
• Document high-level requirements and KPIs to support product strategy.
• Lead agile ceremonies and demonstrate completed features to stakeholders.
• Make data-informed decisions based on organizational priorities and customer feedback.
• Measure and report the success of features delivered for wholesale and alternative channels.
• Collaborate with developers to iterate solutions for customer and business value.
• Drive delivery of catalog management, order integration, partner onboarding, and order tracking.
• Support the transition to automated platform experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital product management experience, focusing on guest-facing applications.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited university (advanced degree preferred).
• Experience with digital/e-commerce technologies and mobile applications.
• Experience building B2B commerce platforms and familiarity with wholesale tools.
• Demonstrated experience leading diverse product teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive results independently.
