Our client is seeking a Cook to join their team. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity for visa sponsorship and immigration support for overseas applicants.

• Location: 4000 NO. 3 Rd. Suite 130, Richmond, BC, V6X 0J8
• Salary: $18.34 hourly for 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

• Special Commitments: Evening, night, weekend, flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Organize buffets and banquets
• Manage kitchen operations

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 to less than 2 years
• Languages: English
