Responsibilities

• Implement and review new administrative procedures
• Delegate work to office support staff
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
• Administer policies related to record release and privacy legislation
• Plan for office services such as accommodation, equipment, and maintenance
• Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
• Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
• Resolve conflict situations
• Monitor and evaluate office activities

Supervision

• More than 20 people

Experience and Education

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Languages: English

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Electronic mail, MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Flexibility, organized, reliability, and multitasking abilities
