Our client is seeking a Restaurant Manager with experience in managing restaurant operations. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates, including those with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Responsibilities
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
- Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies
- Evaluate daily operations
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
- Monitor revenues to determine labour costs
- Monitor staff performance
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Set staff work schedules
- Supervise and train staff
- Determine types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Conduct performance reviews
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Supervision
- Supervise 5-10 staff members
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in a similar role
- Languages: English
