Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Job Description
Our client is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of the restaurant. This position provides a great opportunity for individuals looking for LMIA visa jobs in Canada or jobs with Canadian PNP sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate daily operations
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
- Monitor staff performance
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Recruit staff and set work schedules
- Train staff and conduct performance reviews
- Cost products and services
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
Qualifications
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Computer proficiency: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
Work Environment
Work must be completed at the physical location in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.

Job Details
- Location: Guelph, ON
- Salary: $34.10 to $36.00 hourly
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full time
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
- Shift Requirements: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
