Our client is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager for their fast food restaurant. This position offers immigration support for qualified candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Hourly Wage: $18.65

Hours: 35 hours per week

Job Overview

Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Work Setting: On-site at a restaurant

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate staff activities
• Train staff in job duties and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
• Hire food service staff
• Ensure food quality and service meet standards
• Address customer complaints
• Maintain records of stock and sales
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedules

Supervision

• Supervision of cooks and food service staff (16-20 people)
