Responsibilities

• Hire and train or arrange for the training of staff
• Order merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
