About the Team

The Digital Product Management team is integral to creating a unique and elevated online experience. This role will specifically support wholesale and alternative channels, focusing on scalable digital platforms for global franchise, wholesale, and partner operations.

A Day in the Life: What You’ll Do

• Understand alignment of specific products with overall business strategy and guest/business problems that need to be solved.
• Create and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new features for mid-scale, mid-complexity products.
• Document high-level requirements, acceptance criteria, and KPIs to achieve key objectives.
• Participate and lead agile ceremonies and showcase completed features to stakeholders.
• Make data-informed decisions based on organizational priorities and emerging trends.
• Measure and report on the success of features and enhancements for global capabilities.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to iterate on solutions.
• Engage in defining and sizing features during sizing sessions.
• Facilitate continuous feedback from stakeholders and guests in product planning.
• Collaborate with product managers to account for requirements in solution design.
• Partner with technology teams for training and rollout of new features.
• Lead change management activities to support the rollout.
• Work cross-functionally with teams across Planning, Supply Chain, and Technology.
• Drive delivery of core capabilities including catalog management and order tracking.
• Support the transition to more automated platform experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital product management experience with a focus on guest-facing or customer service applications. Up to 3 years of relevant experience may substitute for product management experience.
• Minimum BA/BS degree from an accredited institution (advanced degree preferred).
• Experience with digital technologies, e-commerce, payments, and mobile applications.
• Experience in building or scaling B2B commerce platforms and wholesale tools, with familiarity in global order flows and partner onboarding.
• Preference for candidates experienced in Agile Scrum teams with international user bases.
• Strong consulting skills with a track record of quality delivery.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in developing executive-level presentations.
• Ability to drive results independently while thriving in collaborative environments.
• Desire to learn and improve through feedback.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Experience in leading diverse product teams.

Compensation and Benefits

Our client offers a competitive compensation package based on a pay-for-performance philosophy. The hiring range for this position is between $123,500 and $162,100 CAD annually, with eligibility for performance bonuses and additional benefits including:
