Job Details

• Location: Brandon, MB

• Salary: $25.00 to $40.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
• Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, full-time

Responsibilities

• Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials.
• Direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade.
• Operate power vibrators to compact concrete.
• Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specifications.
• Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces.
• Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces.
• Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.

Qualifications

• Education: Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
• Languages: English.
• Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, excellent communication, flexible, dependable, and a team player.

• Tools required: personal tools, steel-toed safety boots, hard hat.
