We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients. Your expertise in eyelash application and customer service will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall client experience and promoting our services.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations for eyelash styles.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding aftercare instructions and product recommendations.
• Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling inquiries.
• Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling products related to eyelash care and maintenance.
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various eyelash extension techniques and products.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
• Experience in retail sales or upselling is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive client experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Certification in eyelash extensions or relevant beauty training is required.

Job Types

Pay

$15.80-$48.50 per hour

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
