Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services while ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience for our clients. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for performing various nail treatments, maintaining hygiene standards, and promoting additional services to enhance customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision and care.
• Sanitate all tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
• Provide body waxing services as needed, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs and preferences.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding nail care options and aftercare advice.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
• Upsell additional services or products to enhance the overall client experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Skills

• Proficient in various nail care techniques, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of body waxing techniques is preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an emphasis on upselling services or products.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to clients and team members.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
