We are seeking a skilled and passionate Lash Extension Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services to clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your expertise in lash application, along with your strong customer service skills, will help enhance our clients’ beauty experience and satisfaction.

Duties

• Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate lash styles.
• Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming environment.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
• Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales and customer service, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Prior experience in eyelash extensions application is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong upselling skills to promote additional services or products.
• Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently, including appointment scheduling and client communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for beauty and aesthetics.
• Must possess a positive attitude, be a team player, and demonstrate professionalism at all times.

Pay

$30.00-$80.00 per hour

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute/Relocate

• Surrey, BC (V3Z): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
