Overview

• Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
• Experience Required: 3 years to less than 5 years
• Languages: English (asset languages: Mandarin, Cantonese)

• Insurance
• Work must be completed on-site; remote work is not an option

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits
• Develop quality management and assurance standards
• Conduct research to assess managerial policy effectiveness
• Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures
• Plan the re-organization of operations
• Supervise staff
• Provide customer service
• Train staff
• Oversee communication strategies
• Manage knowledge and offer mentoring
• Plan and control budget and expenditures
• Direct staff on service quality assessment strategies
