Our client is seeking an Administrative Officer. This position is open to candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit. Visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate.

• Salary: $59,408 annually / 33 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Implement new administrative procedures
• Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
• Delegate work to office support staff
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed
• Carry out administrative activities
• Administer policies and procedures for records processing
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services
• Assist in budget preparation and inventory controls
• Assemble data and prepare reports
• Perform data entry
• Train staff and oversee office procedures
• Resolve conflict situations
• Monitor and evaluate office efficiency
• Plan and control budget and expenditures

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 to less than 2 years
• Languages: English
