About Us

Our client, a well-established company offering consulting services in the manufacturing and industrial sector, is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their dynamic team.

What We Offer

• Salary up to $70K based on experience, plus 30% commission
• 3-4 weeks vacation based on experience, plus 1 week during the holiday season
• Insurance benefits
• 5 personal days
• Mileage compensation
• Free onsite parking
• Mostly remote role, with one day in the office at the Anjou location

Your Profile

• College diploma in a relevant field or equivalent education
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in service sales
• Experience in the industrial sector
• International trade experience (an asset)
• Comfortable using various sales tools, including Copilot and LinkedIn
• Strong sales skills to convert prospects into clients and drive business growth

Your Role

• Identify new business opportunities by researching and identifying potential markets, industries, or sectors for growth, including exploring new products, services, or geographical markets
• Conduct prospecting calls to generate meetings with clients and present the company’s solutions
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Organize client meetings to understand their objectives, challenges, and needs, presenting solutions that add value
• Negotiate contracts: manage negotiations of terms and conditions with new clients, suppliers, or partners
• Participate in visibility activities (e.g., trade shows) to promote the company
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, sales, and operations, to align business development efforts with company goals
• Monitor performance indicators related to business growth, revenue goals, and customer acquisition
