Our client, a leader in sustainability and responsible practices, is seeking an ESG Specialist – Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting various initiatives aimed at enhancing corporate responsibility. We welcome international applicants as immigration support may be considered for the right candidate.

What’s the Job?

• Maintain and execute the program of Higg (FEM, FSLM, BRM) with all suppliers and internally as per approved plan.
• Lead the implementation of B Corp requirements and maintain the B Corp program.
• Coordinate social activities related to community engagement and initiatives.
• Monitor the effectiveness of ESG compliance and conduct monthly ESG meetings.
• Work with the ESG manager on carbon neutrality planning and track emissions.

What’s Needed?

• Education in environmental engineering, environmental project management, environmental sciences, environmental law, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the private sector, preferably in apparel manufacturing and overseas production.
• Proven ability to identify environmental/social risks and develop mitigation measures.
• Strong understanding of ESG policies, management plans, and procedures.
• Experience in conducting training and engaging stakeholders on ESG topics.
