Our client is seeking a Food Service Supervisor. This position is suitable for international applicants as visa sponsorship may be considered.

Job Details

• Location: 11020 100 Ave., Grande Prairie, AB, T8V 7L5
• Salary: $19.00 hourly / 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
• Special Commitments: Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible Hours
• Vacancies: 2 vacancies

Responsibilities

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedules

Experience and Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Languages: English
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role

Work Environment

• Fast-paced environment
• Must work on-site; no option for remote work
• Odours, Hot environment
