Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Digital Integration Solutions Discipline Lead to drive innovative system integration strategies across diverse sectors, including airports, ports, rail, and transit systems. This role involves designing and implementing comprehensive integration strategies and developing robust system testing and validation plans to ensure seamless operation of key systems.

Role Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Employing systems engineering processes to deliver successful project outcomes, including requirements management and interface management.
• Leading teams responsible for the design, procurement, installation, integration, configuration, testing, and commissioning of rail rapid transit systems.
• Overseeing the integration and interface of these systems with civil structures and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Making proposals for improvements to project processes and consulting with relevant project team members.
• Developing critical review methodologies to ensure subsystems function correctly and consistently within the larger system.
• Providing guidance and training for project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and stewardship commitments.

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Completion of a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Minimum 15 years of experience leading systems integration teams in the transportation, airports, ports, marine, and rail industries.
• Direct working knowledge of rail systems, including trackwork, signaling, and automatic train controls.
• Professional registration as an Engineer or the ability to obtain it swiftly.
• Experience with standards such as AREMA, ISO, CENELEC, and IEEE.
• Strong client support and engagement skills across multiple sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building high-performance teams.
• Ability to manage the design and implementation of information systems.
• Must be a fast learner and results-oriented, capable of navigating tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

The salary range for this position is $95,000 – $178,000, varying based on location, skills, experience, and qualifications for the role.
