Are you a bilingual collections professional with a passion for customer service and a knack for numbers? We’re looking for a Credit and Collections Agent to join our growing Accounts Receivable team of 60+ professionals. You’ll manage a portfolio of 500–600 B2B accounts, ensuring timely collections, resolving discrepancies, and supporting order releases—all while working in a supportive, modern workspace with great perks.

What You’ll Do

• Manage collections for a high-volume portfolio of B2B accounts
• Investigate and resolve outstanding invoices and payment discrepancies
• Reconcile accounts and prepare credit notes, deferrals, and write-offs
• Ensure compliance with credit limits and manage pending orders
• Provide top-tier customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in ERP systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support order release processes

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in collections and accounts receivable (AR)
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Maestro, AS400 a plus)
• Experience handling high-volume portfolios (500–600 accounts)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities
• College or technical diploma in accounting or related field

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 – $24.00/hr.
