Key Responsibilities

• Support the National Sales Team in building advisors’ knowledge of Asset Management Solutions.
• Organize sales support events, including coordination of external resources.
• Help prepare presentation material for Sales teams and specific client events.
• Maintain knowledge of key products and support Sales teams with inquiries.
• Assist with booking meetings and coordination for relationship-building activities.
• Generate reports and manage databases at the Sales team’s request.
• Participate in projects and promote a positive work environment.

Who You Are

• You have experience and knowledge of mutual funds and managed products.
• Strong communication skills allow for effective interaction with staff at all levels.
• You embrace change and continuously evolve your thinking and working methods.
• You can manage multiple tasks and changing priorities effectively.
• Goal-oriented, you are motivated by accomplishing objectives.
• A certified professional, you have completed the CSC or IFIC (asset).
• You are digitally savvy and have advanced skills in MS Office applications.
• Fluency in French and English is required to serve clients in the community.
