Part-Time Accounting Technician (Hybrid – Mission-Driven Work!)

We are currently hiring a Part-Time Accounting Technician to support daily financial operations in a collaborative, impact-driven environment that values precision, initiative, and work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Processing deposits and inputting data into AccPac
• Preparing and sending invoices, collaborating with the AR Clerk
• Verifying coding, approvals, and reconciling documentation
• Printing cheques and preparing supporting documents for signature
• Reconciling multiple bank accounts
• Producing daily cash flow reports and performing related reconciliations
• Analyzing balance sheet accounts and preparing journal entries
• Assisting in the preparation of interim financial statements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role
• Proficiency in AccPac, Excel, and Microsoft Office (required)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to adapt and meet deadlines
