What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work in the Mortgage Contact Centre team. As a Remote Mortgage Advise Specialist, you will focus on preapproving mortgages for new clients while identifying clients’ financial needs and offering competitively priced mortgage products and excellent customer service over the phone. Your responsibilities will include:

This is a full-time permanent and shift-oriented role, requiring flexibility between the hours of Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 8:30 PM EST, and Saturdays, 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
