    • What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial or industrial property management
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Yardi is an asset)
  • Strong spoken French language skills
  • Education in real estate, business, or accounting is an asset

    • Other Language Requirements:

  • English: Advanced proficiency required to communicate and support operations in regions outside of Quebec (frequency of use: daily)

    • What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist Property Managers in the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth, professional service to tenants and vendors
  • Support day-to-day operations for a commercial/industrial property portfolio
  • Prepare and track service contracts, POs, and utility billings
  • Assist with tenant move-ins/outs, inspections, and capital projects
  • Manage vendor compliance, insurance certificates, and COIs
  • Review and code invoices; assist with budgeting and reporting
  • Maintain records, databases, and work orders in Yardi
  • Provide reception backup and general administrative support
