Are you an accounting professional looking to join a fast-paced and vibrant company where your contributions matter? We are a dynamic and growing organization located in the heart of Ville Saint-Laurent, and we’re seeking an Assistant Controller to join our energetic finance team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Performing month-end closings
  • Preparing and posting journal entries
  • Conducting bank reconciliations
  • Completing and submitting GST/QST reports
  • Preparing adjusting entries and ensuring accuracy of financial records
  • Assisting with the year-end audit and working closely with external auditors
  • Supporting the Controller with various financial reporting and analysis tasks

    • What We’re Looking For

  • DEC, DEP, Certificate or BAC in accounting
  • 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
