    • Job Responsibilities:
    The role requires a strong foundation in writing, visual thinking, presentation development, executive positioning, project management, networking, and cross-team collaboration. The ideal candidate must be able to experiment, quickly pivot, and apply learnings. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, implementing, and facilitating the marketing plan for the hotel, addressing annual market challenges.
  • Planning and administering the hotel’s marketing budget.
  • Marketing implementation at brand and local levels, including community involvement and guest experiences.
  • Developing content across diverse communication channels including stakeholder emails, newsletters, presentations, social media posts, and internal communications.
  • Ensuring consistent communication of image and position throughout the hotel and to all constituencies.
  • Collaborating with leadership and brand teams to maximize sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
  • Facilitating and coordinating all media relations and press releases with appropriate media responses.

    • Qualifications:
    Candidates must possess:

  • Four years of experience in Marketing and PR, preferably in the hotel, travel-related industry, or luxury retail.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and graphic design to create branded content.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills, with the ability to lead, guide, and achieve goals.
  • Ability to use analytical data to create a results-driven approach.
