Our client is seeking a qualified Truck Driver to join their team. Visa sponsorship is potentially available for international applicants including those with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: Turin, AB
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $36.10 hourly / 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent full-time
• Special Commitments: Flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy
• Load and unload goods
• Perform brake adjustments
• Perform emergency roadside repairs
• Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Receive and relay information to central dispatch

Qualifications

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• Experience: Will train
• Languages: English
• Certificates, Licences, and Memberships: Driver’s License (Class 1 or A) is mandatory

Additional Information

• Transportation: Valid driver’s licence required
• Benefits: Learning/training paid by employer
