Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Wholesale Establishment Manager for a permanent, full-time position located in Surrey, BC. This role involves overseeing daily operations and managing staff, with potential immigration support for overseas candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily operations.
• Manage staff and assign duties.
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales volumes.
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold.
• Implement pricing and credit policies.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide staff training.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
• Languages: English.
• Work Setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $41.00 hourly, 30 to 40 hours per week.

• Willingness to Travel: Must be willing to travel regularly; travel expenses paid by the employer.
