Job Details

• Work Setting: On site
• Salary: $18.03 hourly
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Responsibilities

• Cut and trim hair according to client’s instructions or preferences.
• Shampoo customers’ hair.
• Shave and trim beards and mustaches.
• Provide hair treatments such as waving, straightening, and tinting, as well as scalp conditioning massages.
• Supervise apprentices/students in training.
• Maintain and order supplies.

Experience and Skills

• Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
• Languages: English.

Working Conditions

• Fast-paced environment.
• Combination of sitting, standing, and walking; must stand for extended periods.
