Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Manager who is accountable for managing the day-to-day operations of assigned brand(s). You will report to the General Manager or Associate General Manager and work collaboratively with the plaza team to meet objectives and deliver financial outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee and schedule daily operations to achieve sales and budget targets
• Manage ordering and inventory processes effectively
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members, focusing on Health & Safety
• Ensure compliance with brand, audit, and customer service standards
• Act as Manager-in-Charge in the absence of the General Manager or AGM

Inventory and Ordering Accountability

You will be responsible for inventory levels, food cost targets, and ensuring accurate data in the inventory management system. This includes placing orders, receiving stock, and managing waste effectively.

Brand, Audit & Customer Service Accountability

Your role involves ensuring that all team members meet brand and customer service standards through training, evaluations, and direct customer engagement. You will conduct self-audits and create action plans for improvement.

Team and Health & Safety Accountability

You are tasked with hiring and developing your team, setting clear performance expectations, and ensuring adherence to Health & Safety guidelines. Your role includes effective scheduling to meet operational needs.

Manager-in-Charge Accountability

As Manager-in-Charge, you will prioritize plaza operations in the absence of the General Manager or Associate General Manager, ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with standards.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, and Competencies

• 3-5 years of experience as a Supervisor or Manager in high-volume food and beverage operations
• Familiarity with POS Systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lead, train, and coach team members
• Demonstrated customer experience focus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Operational experience within the fast-food/food service industry
• Reliable transportation to and from the plaza
