Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Food Services Manager to join their team in Sioux Lookout, ON. This position is available for international applicants as well as local candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit. Visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate.

Job Details

• Salary: $36.00 hourly, 35 to 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor revenues to determine labour costs
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff and set work schedules
• Supervise and train staff
• Determine services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns

Qualifications

Education

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience

• 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
