Job Details

• Location: 300 Stoneway Dr, Nepean, ON K2G 6B8
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $27.00 hourly / 37.5 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Vacancies: 1

Responsibilities

• Conduct voltage, resistance, and other tests using electrical test equipment.
• Prepare written estimates of repair costs.
• Read blueprints to determine work requirements.
• Diagnose faults using testing devices.
• Repair electrical appliances and components.
• Replace faulty components.
• Advise customers on work performed and condition of equipment.
• Use shop equipment and specialized diagnostic and programming apparatus to repair, adjust, and reprogram appliances.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
• Languages: English.
