Our client is seeking an Operations Supervisor. This position allows for visa sponsorship for international applicants.

Job Details

• Location: Various locations including Montréal, QC and Brossard, QC
• Work Location: On the road
• Salary: $34.70 per hour, 80 hours bi-weekly
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Hours: Overtime required, early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends
• Benefits: Financial benefits, free parking, and on-site amenities

Responsibilities

• Develop specific plans to prioritize.
• Organize tasks to accomplish the work.
• Train workers in duties and policies.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Ensure smooth operation of equipment.
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and quality.
• Co-ordinate, assign, and review work.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Arrange maintenance and repair work.
• Consult with clients after sale for ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
• Languages: Bilingual.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transportation required.
